Overview

Welcome to the Climate Engine API! The API allows access to the same great dataset catalog available through the Climate Engine app. While the app provides a great ease of use and visualization, the APIs allow for more customization and scaling in your analyses. There are two ways to interact with the Climate Engine API: 1) Swagger Page and 2) Python Notebooks.

The endpoints available are broken down into the four major families - Maps, Timeseries, Zonal Statistics, and Probabilities. In addition to the catalog of datasets and variables, there are also some tutorial notebooks that are useful for getting started.
